According to a news release from Caesars Entertainment, Bacchanal’s seafood, carving, American and Latin kitchens, as well as the entrance and dining room, received major upgrades and improvements during the COVID-19 pandemic, KVVU reported. More than 30 new dishes have been added to the buffet’s menu, the casino announced.

The buffet will be open only for dinner, from 4 to 10 p.m. PDT -- at least for now, Caesars said in its news release.

For the first time, Bacchanal will accept reservations on, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

The nine-kitchen Bacchanal Buffet cost $17 million to open in 2012, the newspaper reported.

The buffet’s original designer, Tetsuo Aoyagi, assisted with the renovations, KTNV reported. According to a news release from Caesars, the design “still reflects the original concept of nature with natural textures and materials like glass and stone woven throughout, reminiscent of ice caves, mountains and more.”

“We look forward to welcoming our guests back and seeing their faces light up when they experience and, most importantly, taste all the new enhancements,” Sean McBurney, Caesars Entertainment regional president, said in the news release.
