Halsey Lets Her Fans Pick Her Next Hair Color

The 24-year-old singer, Halsey, just did a very 2019 thing. She let the internet choose her hair color.

Halsey tweeted out to her followers, "My brain arguing with me over whether I should grow my hair, cut it, or dye it a bright color." She then followed it up with, "What's the new wave. Slime green? Gerard Way red? Lilac?"

After responses started pouring in, she decided to make it official with a Twitter poll. Lilac blew the competitors, red and pink, out of the water receiving 60% of the votes.

She sent out another tweet a few days later that said, "my hair has been lilac since yesterday btw bc I am a strong independent woman who lets young people on the internet decide what she's gonna look like via twitter poll."
