Apparent Decapitated Body on Florida Beach was a Store Mannequin

A volunteer for an environmental nonprofit in Florida was walking on a beach and spotted what seemed to be a body...

but it turned out to be a washed-up store mannequin. The person came across what seemed to be human body that was missing its head. Another witness on the scene called 911, but they took a closer look and discovered that it was a headless store mannequin that had apparently spent a good amount of time in the water before washing up on the intercoastal side on Perdido Key.
